Melbourne to Sydney five day coast and wilderness tour

Day 1:
We start our journey from Melbourne and make our way to Victoria's jewel in the crown, it's oldest and most loved national park, Wilsons Promontory. Here you will have the opportunity to take a beautiful walk with amazing coastal views and the chance to spot wildlife or you might like to join the wanderer cruise to get up close with the awe inspiring Skull Rock Island.
Day2:
After breakfast we continue on our journey eastward into the land of the Gunai Kurnai people where we stop to visit the Den of Nargun. This beautiful walk takes in escarpment views before descending on to the Mitchell River where you might like to take a swim to cool off before we continue through the rainforest gorge to reach the Den. The Den is where the dangeroud dreamtime creature, Nargun, resides and is highly revered by the indigenous people of East Gippsland.
After lunch we continue on to Raymond Island where we explore the reserve for Koalas. We have so many koalas on this island and the trees are quite low in height which almost gaurantees you a great look Australia's cutest marsupial. Continuing on we make our way into the hinterland to visit Buchan where you can enjoy a stroll through the.Beautiful caves reserve among wild kangaroos You may even like to join a 1 hour tour of the limestone caves.
Day 3
This morning we journey through some of the most spectacular and remote country in Victoria as we travel up into the Snowy River country. We stop in at Little River falls for some morning tea before taking a short walk out to the lookout over Little River Gorge, Victorias deepest and most spectacular gorge. In this country a wildlife encounter is always just around the corner and we will be on the lookout for Kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, emus and goannas.
We head down to the fanous Snowy River and set up a picnic lunch on the wide sandy banks of the Snowy before making our way accross the mountains to the New South Wales coast.
Day 4
We start the day with leisurely breakfast before getting out on the turquoise water of the Pambula River estuary in kayaks. From the moment you push off the pace shifts to an immediate calm as you glide past rocky bushland, oyster leases and sandy banks. We return to enjoy a well earned lunch by the water in Merimbula before continuing on our way to the Shoalhaven and our final night's accommodation.
Day 4
We are Sydney bound today but still lots to see and experience along the way. After a light detour inland to the Southern Highlands we stop at Fitzroy falls for a short hike out to a view from the top of the falls where it drops 80 metres into the scenic Yarunga valley. Moving on we pick up the Grand Pacific drive which takes us over the spectacular Seacliff bridge and on to the Royal National Park. Here we will enjoy a short forest walk overlooking the Pacific ocean and a visit to the stunning Wattamolla falls where it plunges into the pacific.
We arrive in Sydney at approx 5pm to commence drop offs at your CBD hotel
